I have a forthcoming exhibition at the Upper Lock Cafe, Wallbridge in Stroud. Starting May 5th for a month.
To support the exhibition I’ve built a website which has details of what’s for sale, on display and the location itself.
The Upper Lock Cafe is easy to find, it is close to Stroud Station and can be seen from the main road mini roundabouts.
The Cafe is charming warm and friendly and is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious light meal or a snack (especially the sausage and bacon sandwiches or spicey lime and lentil soup).
There are many lovely walks and bike rides nearby. A particular favourite goes along the canal from Stonehouse through Stroud to Chalford.
There's lots to photograph, canal craft and locks, mills and abundant wildlife. Not to mention the historic industrial architecture, much of which has been carefully renovated
The exhibition features a selection of framed pictures taken since I joined Gloucester Camera Club in 2016. They represent a journey of observational creativity combined with "artistic licence" in the presentation of the subjects.
Come, and enjoy a great day out!
